Chhavi Rajawat, an MBA graduate from Pune University, decided to return to her roots in Soda Village, Rajasthan, in 2010. Despite having a promising career in the corporate world, Chhavi chose the path less traveled and became the youngest and first female Sarpanch (Village Head) of her village.
