Ankit Sharma, born in a small village in Rajasthan, India, was forced into child labor at a tender age. In 2000, Ankit was rescued by a non-governmental organization and was enrolled in a night school.

Ankit faced countless challenges in his journey. Despite working during the day, he attended school at night, determined to break free from his circumstances. He excelled acadically, eventually earning a scholarship to a university. After graduation, Ankit became a social worker, dedicating his life to preventing child labor and promoting education.
📍 The Bigger Picture
Today, Ankit has impacted over 500 lives through his efforts. His initiative, Chalo Padhe (Let’s Study), is an educational platform that offers skill-based learning to children in rural India.
